In news just in, our submission to become Queensland’s first ever FamilyLinQ school site has been successful.
This is not only fantastic news for our school, but it’s an incredible result for our whole community and is recognition of the amazing efforts of our school community over many years.
FamilyLinQ will welcome students and their families in early 2023, with many exciting things happening here as we transition to a FamilyLinQ school.
What is a FamilyLinQ school?
A FamilyLinQ school will bring together education, health and social services under one roof and include:
- A new purpose-built school hub right here, that will become the centre of our school’s community life.
- The hub will be fully integrated within our school accessed by a single front door into both the hub and school administration area.
- FamilyLinQ staff will also join our wonderful school community and oversee all the activities, programs and services that will be available to our students and their families.
