'Power into Prep' - Transition & Orientation Days
One of the greatest challenges for children starting their educational journey is starting school in an unfamiliar environment with unfamiliar people. The best way to support our future students is to give them as much time as possible on school grounds.
Opportunities to engage with Kingston State School can start with:

Prep Enrolment School ToursFamilies are invited to attend a 2024 'School Enrolment' Prep Tour. You can book into a school tour that suits your availability or you can simply present at the school office on any of our scheduled school tour times.
School tours will be with a Deputy Principal or one of our wonderful Prep Teachers.
Enrolment interviews
Book a time for you and your child to have an interview with the school to discuss the enrolment and individual needs of your child. This is a great opportunity for us to get to personally know your child and for you to ask more specific questions related to your child’s learning.
Interview times will be roughly 20mins.
Please bring your child to the interview along with all the necessary documentation.
